A choice for a new style of councillor to represent our community for the next four years. This October all residents and ratepayers will receive a postal vote to elect a new council for the City of Kingston.
Our community needs a local voice of integrity and a voice of action. That is why I have decided to stand for election as your local councillor.
When Kingston Council were not listening to our voices to save the Don Tatnell Leisure Centre, I started a petition. This campaign received a huge ground swell of support and has already made the council reconsider their focus on keeping Don Tatnell where it belongs. As your councillor I will:
● Continue the fight to keep our local pooL ● Better community centres, kindergartens, maternal health centres and services for families ● Advocate for great sports facilities, parks and gardens for all the community ● Provide upgraded and safe local shopping strips, footpaths and roads ● Clean local beaches
If I’m elected, I’ll bring fresh ideas and always fight to make Kingston an even better place to live.
It’s time for A New Style for Kingston.
